Payment

♥ I accept USD or CLP (Si eres de chile) And can be paid only via Paypal or Bancoestado♥ I won’t start anything unless I get the full payment first.

Process & Delivery

♥ The time it takes to finish your commission varies between 1 week - 2 month depending on factors such as complexity of the commissioned piece or personal/medical stuff (You can send me an email asking for you commission status and i will answer as soon as posible)♥ Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size.

Revisions

♥ Be sure to only commission me if you trust me as an artist and like what I do, I will send a maximum of two wips for you to approve

♥ I can cancel and refund the order any time for any reason♥ I can retain all copyright over the commissioned artwork♥ I CAN NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork♥ Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size.YOU, THE CUSTOMER-COMMISSIONER
♥ You can upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels♥ You MAY NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent♥ You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP)

Cancellation & refund

♥ The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.♥ If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.♥ If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
